Famous California lifestyle portal Goop inIn partnership with the world's first professional cooking equipment system, Grand Cuisine has launched its new video platform. The first culinary video was released with the participation of the founder and mastermind of the portal, actress Gwyneth Paltrow and the famous Swedish chef, owner of the Faviken restaurant (2 Michelin stars), international Grand Cuisine ambassador Magnus Nilsson. In a newly installed test kitchen at Goop's office, using the Grand Cuisine system, Gwyneth and Magnus cooked up some Californian dishes imbued with simplicity and freshness. For inspiration, the heroes visited one of the favorite places of the Goop team - Guerrilla Tacos. Magnus Nilsson made a light crunchy cracker with Cali Crispbread topping with flaxseeds and walnuts, and Gwyneth made Scandi Tostada, a toast with smoked fish.
