Over his creation worked architect Jackson Clements Burrows (Jackson Clements Burrows). To create the facade, the author as a partner attracted local artist Matthew Johnston Matthew Johnston. 
The co-authorship gave birth to a very interesting project. Each floor of the skyscraper is trimmed with perforated metal in 40 different shades. 
According to the authors, colors were selected in accordance with the natural palette, ranging from shades of the earth and ending with pastel shades of the sky and the sun.
