In addition to these functions, a bar is built into it, there are also stored children's toys. Thus, in essence, this is the main element in the apartment, connecting all zones into a single whole. 
The entire area of the apartment is divided into 4 parts. Two technical areas - a bathroom and a kitchen and two living areas - a children's room and a large room that can function as either a bedroom or a living room. The kitchen resembles a European cafe thanks to its dark shelves. The nursery is originally framed: it is covered with plywood and has a large window, and therefore is quite light.
