In the middle of autumn, the next presentation of the Open Village project took place - an exhibition of modern houses built exclusively using innovative technologies. More than a hundred people - architects, designers,Partners of the project and journalists - in spite of the cold weather they got to Chekhov district to see for themselves how an actual settlement grows in an empty field, in which only real families will live in half a year. They buy these new and fully finished houses much cheaper than the market value, with only one condition - one summer month to keep the doors open and let visitors in to the fair. 
Since our last visit, theReally a lot. The project secured the support of the Ministry of Construction and attracted new partners. Seven sites have already fully built houses, in four more territories construction is under way, and the remaining preparatory work is underway. By January, according to the plan, 15 houses and a stationary pool will be built. By the end of spring, finishing will be completed, and in June, landscape designers will radically transform the whole territory of the village. At the entrance there will be six more modular houses, as well as a tent, shopping arcades and a restaurant.

The fair of a comfortable life will be held in the terms that were announced initially: from July 15 to August 15 next year.
