How to combine decor from a flea market and furniture fromthe best varieties of oak? How to make the staircase the basis for the layout of the whole house? Skillful design solution for a family with established traditions - from Moscow architect Timur Karimov This house is located in the fabulous village of Deauville. Its owners are adherents of European classics, with a deep understanding of the subject and with established traditions. At the same time, the married couple is democratic in terms of the selection of furniture and accessories: you will not find any gold, baroque curls, Aivazovsky and Karelian birch here. The owners of the house gave the designer complete freedom of action. The main and only wish is for it to be comfortable, functional and calm. Not pop art or hi-tech. The master's hobbies should find their place in the house, and there should also be a place for the personal space of each tenant. And there are several generations of them here - a nursery has been prepared for the grandchildren, and an intimate, cozy and warm bedroom for the owners of the house. The cuisine is fresh, brisk and family-friendly. Timur Karimov, architect, one of the founders of the architectural bureau "Union of Free Architects" Maria Barinova, photographer, decorator, works as a PR specialist, decorating and photography is a hobby for her

Planning solution Based on the wishescustomers, the designers decided to create spaces independent of furniture. A kind of quiet frames for the content in them. This technique allows you to shape the interior in the future, complement and freely change some elements. Thus, a common room was allocated for all. Here, high doors and openings, drawn platbands, natural and, if possible, inexpensive finishing materials are used. Kitchen-dining room design This room shouldbecome the center of the house both in terms of location and purpose. Here at times several generations will gather for a meal. That is why it was decided to divide the room into two zones: a table zone and a kitchen zone with an island. They are fixed by furniture and chandeliers. Timur, keeping in mind the wishes of the customers, used natural classic materials - oak, granite and marble - to decorate the dining room and kitchen. Living room This is a room where the scent of wood, firewood and fireplace is mixed. At the same time, the ventilation system is well thought out here, which leaves no chance for extraneous odors. A French wardrobe with traditional Norman carvings, made in 1903, gives a special atmosphere to the living room. Despite its considerable "age", the ornate carvings on the cabinet facades have been preserved in excellent condition, almost without loss. Sleeping rooms These rooms are very differentsmall size. According to the architects, this does not cause inconvenience - the rooms are intended for arriving children and grandchildren, a small bedroom space is acceptable. The gaze involuntarily falls on the wardrobe with stylish carvings on the theme of the seasons. It was bought at a flea market for 200 euros. This is the whole idea of home design - the interior is built on the presence of selected items in a certain way. Among them - an ancient, fairytale cabinet, an old birdcage, a repainted chandelier. The master bedroom is decorated with wallpaper with the traditional “toile de juy” motif. This motif continues in the dressing room. The wardrobe furniture, as well as all the other built-in furniture, was developed by the designer himself, but produced by Russian craftsmen. “No Italy! Patriotism! ”- Timur explains. The staircase is an important part of the house, connecting the floors. The designer decided to beat the interior "on an unobtrusive relationship of simple, but completely different textures." A rough painted wall is bordered by stained glass. Forging is calm, not pretentious. But at the same time, the main task was the creation of an expressive line of handrails and decorative concrete kosoura, covering the ends of the steps. Maria worked on the finishing decor. She also worked on photographs of interiors. As Masha herself admits, while working on decorating this house, she completely immersed herself in the work. Every little detail has been chosen with love for the art of decoration and decoration. - Absolutely everyone was satisfied with the result of the work done - our team and, of course, the owners of the house. They learned a wonderful lesson in further decorating and developing the family nest setting. In this house, the theme of art deco and art nouveau is very justified: a mixture of new, old, promising and personal space. The house itself is very "warm". Right from the door, it feels super cozy. Apparently, because the hostess is a lover of aromatherapy. Candles, aroma lamps and sticks are everywhere. Light, aroma, cute little things - that's what makes the house a real "nest".
