The house has an area of 340 meters. An unusually shaped roof, wood and concrete inside, panoramic windows. Modern style. The house fits well into the complex landscape. A year ago we published , and the “hero” of today’s material would fit in perfectly. Built in 2015 by the Slovenian architectural studio SoNo Arhitekti, this 340 sq. m. house is located on one side very close to the Kitzbühel ski resort in Tyrol, and on the other, it is almost completely hidden from human eyes. This is exactly what its owners wanted to achieve: to get the most secluded corner for a family vacation with a luxurious view of the Alps. The main feature of the architecture was the roof:It was made in a complex shape, reminiscent of the peaks of the surrounding mountains. The panoramic windows of the two facades overlook them, and the house itself has three levels at different heights - the entire structure of the house delicately follows the natural . The levels are connected by stairs and a series of terraces, each of which has its own purpose: a garden, a spa area with a jacuzzi, a recreation area and a greenhouse. The main entrance is located on the second level:Entering the house, we find ourselves in a spacious hall with panoramic windows, from where a white staircase with a high railing leads to the third floor. Upstairs are the bedrooms, kitchen and dining room. In this part of the house, natural light is used to the maximum, and the main decoration is the view from the window. As the main idea of the whole interiorThe architects chose a concept of maximum harmony with nature: simple forms, natural colours and materials, lots of wood and natural light.
