In today's conversation, we would like to drawattention of visitors to one unique design work. Artem Babayants, an experienced architect, approached the issue of redevelopment in the Western Kuntsevo residential complex in a rather unusual way. He is the creator of the Art Workshop company. After graduating from the university in Belgorod, he worked for some time in Moscow. He opened his company in 2011. The company regularly takes part in various competitions. Together with A. Fedorova's bureau, in 2012 she took 2nd place with the Club House project. 
The described housing is located in the suburbs. Its area is slightly less than 40 squares. First all the partitions were demolished, and then, instead of crushing the resulting space, it was left open. Thanks to the minimalist style with a limited amount of furniture, the room turned out quite bright and cozy. In the room from the decor there is only the bare essentials, almost no decorative elements. But such a design does not affect the quality of life. From the glass created a fenced place for the bedroom and curtains curtain. 
Customers
Two young people - a guy with a girl. Their newly acquired apartment in the Moscow region required the attention of a designer, which was the reason to contact the company of Artem Babayants.
Remodeling
In the process, all the walls had to be demolished, even though the house belongs to new buildings. The measure was forced, the wishes of the customer did not leave a choice. 
Customers' wishes
The main requirement was to organizebedrooms: it was necessary to separate it and leave a place for guests. The hallway is quite spacious, from it you can get to any part of the apartment: the kitchen, guest room, bathroom. In addition, in a hall quite volume case was placed. The fact that there is no window in the bedroom is more than compensated for by the glass partition. Through it gets enough light.
Shine
Almost all the lighting is built into the gypsum panels. The chandelier is only hung above the table to highlight the dining space. 
Colour
Making out the room, the artists played a little withcontrasts. So, with the predominant white color, certain details were highlighted with dark elements. In some places, marble trim was added to create volume. Marble also allocated space for the TV and the working part of the kitchen.
Furniture
Specialists from the B & B company preferred the sofa and the bed, the table was chosen by Poliform, Vitra provided a room with chairs. 
Style
As already mentioned, briefly characterizeThe overall design of the apartment can be as cozy minimalism. A fairly bright room, without unnecessary items, with relatively small sizes turned out to be quite spacious.
