Is the non-standard layout of the apartment justified?which there are only two living rooms, and the remaining meters are distributed between two dressing rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room and a kitchen? Today we are considering an unusual interior of an apartment in Kiev. The apartment, which will be discussed today, is remarkable for its non-standard layout. The fact is that on an impressive area of 137 square meters, the owners wanted to place only two living rooms: a living room combined with a kitchen and a bedroom. The owners donated the rest of the apartment space without regret for the arrangement of utility rooms that satisfy their practical needs: two dressing rooms, a laundry room, a master's bathroom and a guest bathroom. Practical layout According to customers and designers, this layout of the apartment fully satisfies the modern person's need for comfortable housing. The kitchen and living room are one whole. They are skillfully separated from the hallway by a decorative flower box. Related articles The bedroom and accompanying rooms - dressing rooms (for men and women) and the master's bathroom - are combined into a separate area and removed from the general one. The apartment also found space for a spacious guest bathroom and a separate laundry room. In general, the project takes into account all the practical needs of the inhabitants of the apartment. In fact, the planning solution is an optimal set of utility and residential premises, divided into functional blocks using competent zoning. Alesya Sakhno, project manager: - Many years of work experience shows that two separate bathrooms (for guests and hosts) and a spacious utility block are essential components of a comfortable stay in an apartment. Usually, not enough space is allocated for dressing rooms, and the apartment is filled with additional furniture - wardrobes, dressers and the like. 
Mood of nature The idea behind thisspace was borrowed from Mother Nature. As conceived by the authors, the maximum use of natural materials, natural textures and shades in the interior was to create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation of not only the body, but also the soul. Alesya Sakhno, project manager: - In this case, we set ourselves the task of unloading the space of the apartment for living as much as possible, so the dressing rooms were separated into a separate zone, and the cabinets in the hall were hidden from view behind decorative sliding doors matching the color of the main walls. In addition, we solved the age-old theme of the struggle for the territory of a man and a woman: we made two separate dressing rooms, which are equipped with all the necessary content for convenient storage of things. 
Flexible color scheme Designers aimedcreate a space that can be transformed in accordance with the changing moods of its inhabitants. For this purpose, textures of neutral, non-defiant shades were chosen, which can easily be combined with bright colors of decorative elements. Due to the color and stylistic change in the decor and textiles, the atmosphere of the room can change from nostalgic autumn (as in the proposed version) to urbanistically strict: it is enough to remove the curtains, replace the pillows and supplement the decor with laconic geometric shapes. 
The color basis of the public area is takencalm warm gray and brown, associated with the color of stones and earth. Various woody shades also played a significant role. Calm warm colors of furniture and textiles in combination with catchy fiery yellow decorative accents subtly dilute the texture and color saturation of the walls, bringing freshness and lightness. The bedroom, in contrast to the living room, is made in a richer color scheme. The relatively dark color of the walls plays differently, depending on the time of day: in the evening it adjusts to sleep and rest, and in the morning, flooded with sunlight, it has a tonic effect and helps to drive away drowsiness.
