Real professionals usually take on challenging tasks with pleasure. It was with such a project that the designer Maria Makhmudova had to face, who took over for a married couple and their baby. 
Interestingly, she abandoned the traditionalsolving such problems using a light color palette. Instead, she decided to use striped wallpaper and a large number of mirror surfaces that perform the same function of increasing spatial volume. Not without special furniture - transformer, which is designed to save space.
Customer’s wish is law
Maria’s clients are active young people and theira five-year-old child who prefer to spend their free time traveling and are owners of a compact apartment with low ceilings. The main task was the placement of spacious storage systems for several sets of seasonal clothing, which are a necessity for central Russia. Naturally, the parents wanted to get a separate children's area, separated from the adult if necessary. The little man wished to have his own bed, a wardrobe and a table for drawing. Particular attention had to be paid to the kitchen, which was to accommodate all the necessary appliances, a comfortable suite and a sliding sofa for grandparents visiting the grandson. 
Remodeling
In some cases, starting repair, it is necessarycoordinate changes with relevant construction organizations, which takes a certain amount of time. Since the owners did not want to engage in paperwork, the initial idea of placing a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway was abandoned. 
Cabinets
These necessary pieces of furniture have occupied theira place of honor not only in the room, but even on a warmed balcony. Therefore, customers managed to hide all things and household items that should not be seen. In contrast to the bright stripes on the walls, their facades do not attract attention and are mostly equipped with mirrored doors. By the way, all the sleeping places in the house were also equipped with storage systems. 
Lighting
The main problem was that the glazedthe loggia prevents the penetration into the interior of a sufficient amount of natural light, so the specialists had to thoroughly work on installing high-quality built-in lights, which, moreover, should not have significantly reduced the ceiling height. In the nursery, additional table and bedside lamps were installed, and in the living room - hidden lighting. 
Color spectrum
In this case, the decisive moment was the tastemistress who loves the combination of lavender and green flowers. First of all, it was used in the kitchen space, and the room palette was chosen so that there was no sharp contrast between the rooms. Striped wallpaper in the area for adults visually lifted the low ceiling, and the gentle small pattern on the walls of the room for the little mischievous person created a relaxed and calm atmosphere there. 
Headsets
Some people absolutely do not tolerate foldingsofas, preferring exclusively orthopedic beds. The owners of the apartment were the same. Therefore, all the furniture, including the transformer bed, had to be made to order in order to create a harmonious and functional space, not cluttered with unnecessary details. All headsets are distinguished by simplicity of the facades and concise forms, so the result was a light, ultra-modern interior, close to the minimalist style. An interesting solution was the installation of doors of non-standard height, which significantly eased the hallway area. 
Decoration
A very appropriate decision was to usetranslucent fabrics for window decoration and creating a sliding partition separating the childish area from the parents' room. And the kitchen was equipped with Roman curtains of unobtrusive color and texture. 
Stylistics
In the end, the designer completely fulfilled all the wishes of the customer, which came down to style, simplicity, maximum comfort and the most varied functionality. 
Complex nuances
Obvious complexity in this whole project.represented the manufacture and installation of a special niche in the bathroom, designed to mask the drainpipes, but opening access to metering devices and necessary valves. Too narrow space did not allow to make its dimensions standard, but, to the surprise of the owners, it perfectly fits all the necessary accessories for washing. 
Advice of specialists
1If you do not like the pathos, try to surroundthemselves objects of simple, concise forms. 2 Mirror and glossy surfaces, which reflect the surrounding interior, can visually increase the area of the apartment. 3The same ability to have textured wallpaper with a vertical or three-dimensional pattern, as well as wallpaper with perspective.
