The same austerity is inherent in the main glass staircase, located in the central well of the building, from where a view of the glass facades of the floors opens. Adidas adheres to its philosophicalprinciples, and the new office of each employee to bring them to life. It offers a corporate fitness club The Base and the adidas Academy. In the latter, the company's employees can undergo personal growth trainings, choose the necessary nutrition and training plan, and diagnose the body. The Base Fitness Center, located onon a separate floor, equipped with the latest technology and provides everything you need to maintain your ideal physical shape. There was also a place for a Pilates room equipped with reformers, an antigravity yoga room, several gyms for strength and cardiovascular training, and even a high-tech room for exercise on an exercise bike. The latter is a cinema, where, instead of traditional seats, spectators pedal on exercise bikes. At the same time, an interactive track is projected onto the screen, responding to the tilt of the simulator and the "driving" speed. Strength training rooms are equipped with the latest equipment from Precor, Keiser and include sections for cardio training, free weights, strength training and others. Another multifunctional gym for fifty people with a climate control system and a small fitness stage allows experienced instructors to effectively conduct training, demonstrating the correct exercise technique by their example, and the audio system allows you to create the right mood. The interior design is made in gray and applecolors, and panoramic glazing and an abundance of daylight compensate for the heaviness of the black ceiling. The rooms have bright color accents, while the corridors are in gray. However, artistic strokes of plaster on the corridor walls and subdued halogen floor lighting create a cozy and homely atmosphere. In the premises, the role of lamps is played by narrow, arranged in geometric shapes. They stand out against the background of the dark ceiling, fulfilling not only a functional, but also a decorative role.
