This original building was designed forBelgrade architects Japanese Bureau Sou Fujimoto Architects. Perhaps, soon a new object will appear in the Serbian city in the form of a huge spiral, which will include shops, cafes, a walking zone, an atrium, entertainment facilities and much more; It will also become a key transportation hub. This ambitious project was called Beton Hala, and the developers call it a floating cloud. Externally, the layout and the truth resemble a huge curl that goes into the sky. The location was preliminarily agreed upon"Clouds" of glass and concrete in the neighborhood of the park Kalemegdan, near the ancient fortress, on the bank of the river Sava. Authors of the development are sure that their child is ideally integrated into the urban environment. Atrium with adjacent trade andEntertainment centers will be located in the very center of the "spiral", below will arrange parking. For pedestrians and tourists there are special areas where you can walk and, standing on special sites, admire the sights of the city from a bird's eye view.
