Casa Atlantica will be the first Brazilianthe project of the world famous architect Zaha Hadid. The construction of a non-standard building is planned to begin in a few months. On the public beach of Copacabana, the sunny city of Rio de Janeiro will soon grow a unique hotel of its kind. The external appearance will resemble the skeleton of the spine, and such a non-standard design will allocate it among the same buildings around, which, of course, will increase the tourist attractiveness of the whole area. 
A unique design developed by the architect's officeZaha Hadid, for whom this project will be the first on the Atlantic coast of Brazil. The building will include a rooftop pool, a cinema and a spa, and the hotel itself will be assigned 6 stars. On 11 floors 30 apartments will be located, and the height of the building will not exceed 42 meters in order to comply with the strict requirements of the authorities. 
Architects believe that this unusual form of the facade perfectly symbolizes the rapid pace of life of the famous beach, indirect and dynamic, like the embankment itself, with its bends and turns.
