Currently, it allows you to create a cozy and stylish space for living and relaxing even in a tiny studio. In this article, we will meet with you three, which were developed by a talented architect and design specialist Ksenia Chupina based on standard housing in a P-43 series house. Ksenia Chupina is a talented youngas a decorator, she has a professional art education, and is also engaged in the development of interior design for different types of apartments. The square footage of a typical P-43 apartment building is 34-38 square meters, a toilet with a bathtub is usually combined. One of the main drawbacks to the layout of these houses is the load-bearing wall that connects the kitchen area and the living area. But they have one undoubted advantage - a large spacious loggia. In order to visually increase the space of such an apartment, you can insulate the balcony and attach it to the kitchen, expand the doorways or dismantle all the walls. Consider the fact that all changes related to the removal of part of the load-bearing walls must be coordinated with a special organization - BTI. Basic information Multi-storey buildings of the typeP-43 were built in Moscow in the 70-80s of the last century. You can meet these houses in such areas as Fili, Vladykino, Nagatino, Sviblovo, Tsaritsyno. The P-43 series is a continuation of the development of the P-4, however, it has high ceilings and a larger area. These panel high-rise buildings have one or two entrances. The house presents apartments with one, two and three rooms. All of them are isolated. In 1985, the construction of such buildings ceased, a new type of unusual houses, P-44, was put into operation. Option number 1:An apartment for a married couple or a man with many friends Purpose To form a spacious room with a free layout, to organize a place for receiving a huge number of guests, to design a small corner for work. At the same time, it is necessary to equip a cozy bedroom for a calm and undisturbed sleep. Implementation Since it was impossible to remove the entire load-bearing partition, a large doorway with a width of 1.5 meters was created. As a result, experts have combined the kitchen area with a guest salon. They separated the boudoir with opaque glass panels, which made it possible to form a confidential area for sleeping and relaxing. If necessary, this room can be divided into two functional areas, for example, a sleeping area and a practical table. A small dining set is installed in the kitchen, which does not visually clutter up the area. The diagonal partition of the toilet and window openings with transparent glass from floor to ceiling allow you to optically expand the room and create an open air environment. There is a modest wardrobe near the front door. In addition, a spacious wardrobe is installed in the bedroom. Advantages Excellent and optical expansion of space, free spacious layout; creation of a large guest salon for receiving relatives; huge bathroom; a residential area that can be easily transformed. Disadvantages There is no window opening in the boudoir, so it cannot be considered a full-fledged room; few storage systems. Option number 2: A flat for a girl with a large wardrobe. Aim of organizing spacious wardrobes, creating isolated areas for two people, arranging a cozy living room to receive friends and relatives, a large bathroom. Implementation Apartments with sliding doors are divided into two zones - a bedroom-living room and a kitchen room, which is separated from the hallway by a translucent glass partition, which creates a visual volume. In the living room there is a sectional sofa, it is easily assembled at the time of the arrival of friends, and also unfolds - at night. All clothes, accessories and items are located in a huge wardrobe. It is separated from the main room by a partition with an unusual wriggling shape. Also the decoration is complemented by eclectic cozy chairs and highchairs. The kitchen is great for dining, reception of friends and large companies. The bathroom has a jacuzzi, toilet, sink and washing machine. Advantages Isolated areas, large wardrobe, spacious bathroom; magnificent decoration of the kitchen area; as well as minimal changes to the existing layout. Disadvantages There is no separate boudoir, nowhere to accommodate guests. Option number 3: apartment for a family with a child. The goal is to transform odnushku into a three-room apartment. To equip a bedroom for parents and a baby, a functional kitchen and a work corner; organize a spacious dressing room. Also, accommodation should be provided with a room for the general pastime of all family members. Solution In order to implement such a complex idea, it is necessary to transfer the kitchen to the central part of the apartment, as well as to install a partition that runs through the center of the loggia. As a result of these changes, a children's room is equipped with an exit to the balcony, which functions as a home office. The kitchen, dining room and living room are one-piece with a modern interior design. The place for cooking is equipped with a furniture set, which smoothly passes to the bar counter, where all family members enjoy their meal. Complement the composition of the sofa, coffee table and TV. Shelves are installed in the bathroom above the washing machine. In addition, spacious wardrobes with sliding doors are located on the balcony. Advantages A functional space that includes several separate zones; huge wardrobe; rational use of the loggia; harmoniously combining the kitchen area with a lounge, dining area and a hallway. Spacious bathroom is equipped with all necessary plumbing equipment and appliances. Disadvantages Small rooms; time-consuming and expensive reconstruction, the need for coordination in the BTI, the location of the refrigerator near the entrance door.
