We continue the theme of arranging small apartments. The owners of tiny apartments always want their dwelling to be equipped with everything necessary and modern. But each of us has our own needs and preferences, which may not please everyone. Each person draws up a house for himself and takes into account his own interests. Steve Sawyer owns a small room of 17.5 squares, which is located in the Australian city of Seattle. He wanted to arrange his apartment on his own and worked on this project for about seven years. As a result, he managed to realize his dream: to create a multi-level and comfortable loft that could accommodate everything you need for a comfortable stay. 
As the engineer himself said, for him it is not onlyhis project, and the house he had long dreamed of and now embodied it into reality. He proved that even the smallest room can be beautiful and functional.
