This apartment successfully combines brick walls, wooden decor, a black Jacuzzi and a huge dressing room
This was originally a standard apartment with threethe adjacent rooms and the kitchen, as a result of redevelopment, became lighter and increased the usable area by a whole meter. The designers changed the places of the kitchen with a bathroom so that a panoramic window appeared in the latter, and also made the most of the usable area. The customer of the project is a bachelor, he was in favor of a bathroom with a window, an abundance of natural materials, and also slightly coarse, "true male" textures. 
Initially, the apartment was three-room (onebathroom and toilet). The customer did not arrange small bathrooms, he dreamed of a large Jacuzzi and a panoramic window in the bathroom. To the kitchen there were no special wishes, since he rarely had to cook. Therefore, designers decided to change the dreams of a kitchen with a bathroom, and to achieve a view window, they decided to attach a balcony to the bathroom. There was also a desire to equip a small wardrobe for shoes and a wardrobe for clothes. Wardrobe for shoes placed at the entrance, and for clothes - in the bedroom. 
The customer wanted the apartment to resemble bars andrestaurants, while not devoid of comfort. Therefore, we chose warm, honey shades of wood and only natural materials. All furniture and lighting in the apartment are made to order, according to individual drawings and especially for this apartment. 
Kitchen: Ukrainian furniture company Anova, the production term is 45 working days. Facades - from sawn timber.
Living room: sofa and chairs Interia (Ukraine), broccoli - to support the warm color of wood and at the same time to dilute the monochrome color range.
Bedroom: Interia bed (Ukraine), bedside tables - custom made according to individual drawings.
Bathroom: The top with bio-fireplace is made to order on individual drawings. 
Lighting, door handles, copper pipe finisheswalls near the bar, a glass holder, flower pots - the work of the Ukrainian company St.4. The metal corners on the walls and the cup holder have a color and texture that mimics rust, the coloring is handmade. 
- Textiles revived the interior and helped create a cozy,so it was the textiles that were given special attention. Dark curtains of pastel-brown shades, we hung even in the bathroom - without them it would not look so cozy. Well, about the swamp color already written. Also in the interior there is a brick tile made of concrete, on which the play of light is perfectly visible. Stucco - a tree, with the same effect of concrete, poured with the help of wooden formwork. 
The doors were made to order. Since there are a lot of copper elements in the interior, it was decided to make doors with copper handles on the entire height of the doors - a simple element, but the doors became original. 
The bathroom was decided to make everything in black and graphite color, so that there was a muted intimate situation, and wood, lighting and a fireplace added to her warmth. 
Floors: parquet board, in the hallway - a tile for a tree, which you will not notice at once, because it practically does not differ from a parquet board. 
For us in this interior everything is very important and valuable. Each element was carefully selected and individually developed. We constantly balanced between practicality, accessibility and aesthetic side. We did not want to just put expensive purchased items. The customer gave us full freedom of action and budget, that's why we did not want to let him down and worked as hard as possible on every detail to create an original and unusual interior that may not be all right, but the main task was fulfilled - the customer is satisfied and we are proud their work. 
In order to recreate the countryside inconditions of a rather small city apartment, designers used wooden decoration on the walls and ceiling, textured plaster, imitating wood, tiles for bricks, beams, and also provided an abundance of greenery, including a "green" wall with about 80 living plants. For the decoration of the walls, in addition to wood, used tile for brick, natural plaster, environmentally friendly paints.
