Studio design by Midden Studio RecentlyArchitects from Midden Studio have presented the design of a surreal atavistic studio with very interesting elements. This art studio with an unusual facade is located by a river on the west coast of Scotland, on the rocks at the top of a hill.

Foundation on stones For the artist, for whom anddesigned the studio, a special connection with this place, and most of her works describe the relationship between man and nature. Not far from the building there are old agricultural buildings, and the studio is noticeably different from them and attracts attention with its elements that can only be noticed upon closer inspection: the cantilevered structure of the bridge directly over the river, strange gable roofs and, of course, the external design of the walls.
Studio layout Glass is installed in the tableplatform, so that the artist can see the river and part of the bridge underneath. The design of the facade - an interesting diamond-shaped masonry - is reminiscent of the decoration of the Diamond Palace in Ferrara, Italy, and the decoration of the Church of the Gesù Nuovo in Naples. The designers wanted to show how the building becomes a repository of culture and evokes memories of European influence on the architecture of Scotland.
Bridge under the glass platform
The unusual facade of the building Inside, almost all elements are made of wood. Of the furniture, there is only a bookcase, a table, an armchair and an easel - everything necessary for creativity.
