We present unique photo material of repairs fromTV program "Kvartirny Vopros", where architect Tatyana Smirnova brought to life a wonderful, eye-catching and genuinely interesting space for three different women. The space has a footage of 6.8 square meters - one for two girlfriends Olya and Natasha, who together purchased apartments using a mortgage loan. The situation is difficult, but together with designer Tatyana, the project masters developed a wonderful solution on how to improve the layout and get the most effective and bright result! Note how colorful and rich the decoration turned out, even the cold drizzling weather outside the window cannot darken the feeling of the interior.
In this situation, the program "Housing Question"a unique chance to help the "sunny baby" - Mashenka, as well as her caring mother Olya and friend Natasha. Four years ago they bought a small but very cozy apartment together. Each girl has her own room, but the kitchen area is shared by all. The creative union of the program workers and the decorator brought to life a project that is incredibly beautiful and powerful. In this small but cozy space, they managed to combine excellent design and a high technical component: a wide-format display, a hob, two refrigerators, an oven, even an extractor hood are located here simply magnificently!
"The title of the story by the writer FrançoiseSagan "A Little Sun in Cold Water" perfectly describes my idea and all aspects of this design transformation, as well as the systematically changing attitude towards people with some developmental disabilities, mood and passion for change," says Natalia Smirnova. The graceful door with frosted glass perfectly complements the design, and at the same time does not overload the space.
Two close friends, one of whom haslittle daughter, became the owners of modest apartments. With a combined bathroom and toilet, a small kitchen and a large balcony, which has an irrational geometric silhouette and an exit to one of the rooms. The girls needed changes, which they managed to achieve in this project: a bright poster that attracts attention became the main highlight of the project.
Workers in one company and under one regimework, the owners of the apartment also spend their time together within the walls of their own apartment, and on weekends Mashenka joins them, who follows her mother around. In addition, it so happened that the girls have different diet systems: Masha has a specialized diet, indicated for the health of the body, and Natasha is a vegetarian. Therefore, two refrigerators are needed in the house. In addition, it was necessary to organize an additional corner where one could relax or do sports.
The apartment, which was good in terms of location and lighting, had several important planning flaws that were already present at the construction stage.
Such modest kitchens nowadaysare built only in hotel-type buildings. The absence of an exit to the balcony from the kitchen area is, naturally, the fault of the designers. But it is impossible to explain this even within the limits of simple logical thinking. The height of the ceilings is extremely low. The presence of gas required some restrictions in developing the conceptual idea and consultation with a Mosgaz employee.
The various actions that are required at this stagethe implementation of the planned project regarding dismantling work in the area of window sills and equipment of openings in interior partitions, had to be agreed with the Moscow Housing Inspectorate and confirmed by special documentation.
This was done during the development of the project! The designers in the process of work created incredible decoration, which is fascinating and stunning at the same time.
The need to find a great solutionthe main problems of life were clear to the architect. She directed all her imagination and creative desire to find new ideas to develop an attractive and functional spatial approach. Since two families live in this small two-room apartment, the development of an aesthetic and universal room became the master's primary task. Since there are two housewives in the kitchen, each must have her own area. The loggia was equipped with beautiful window units and weightless curtains that allow the sun's rays to freely penetrate this rich room.
In the far corner, a rack with numerous shelves was built, where you can store not only accessories, but also books and household items.
In the kitchen area, rational planning and efficient placement of household items and equipment made it possible not to clutter the space and leave it filled with air and volume.
Since taste preferences and desires varygirls are different, but still limited to modernism, the designer saw it as important to choose a fairly energetic color scheme that would harmonize with the two remaining rooms. In addition, she wanted to create a practical and multifunctional room on the loggia, but at the same time not to overload it with unnecessary accessories and household items. Magnificent decorations and decorative details found their successful application in this room, such as this glass bottle and an unusual teapot.
The overall picture of coziness was completed by a round dining table, a comfortable semicircular sofa and a comfortable armchair.
However, a place was found forplacement of a specific object, namely a wide-screen image, which brought a deep feeling and a spectacular look to the room, and at the same time, absorbed all aspects and color techniques.
A practical stand for drying dishes was hung on the wall, so it did not take up space on the work surface and aesthetically fit into the overall design.
The conceptual design developed by the architect made it possible to:
- Effectively equip the area of the loggia, harmoniously combine it with the kitchen;
- To develop a place for a hostess for secluded seclusion, or vice versa, sports and gymnastics,
- To equip the space with innovative technical equipment that will allow girls to prepare food opposite each other,
- Embody a miniature variation of the dining area, which in a sense can replace the lack of a guest lounge.
A wonderful lighting system completed the created look; powerful ceiling lights wonderfully illuminate the entire space.
The technical side of the issue is beyond doubt; the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment, which is conveniently placed on spacious shelves and niches.
The master tried to appeal to a wide audiencean assortment of textures and facing building materials, personifying the sea surface in the form of glass surfaces and varnish coatings, as well as the sun in the form of finishing using oak wood. In such an interior, elegant household appliances look extremely impressive.
The artificial stone sink in a yellow shade palette complements the beautiful texture of the wood.
A modern hob installed on a kitchen island will please both housewives.
