Every designer cares first and foremost aboutconvenience and practicality of the home he is designing. And only then does he think about beauty, but even then everything is done for the comfort of future residents. Designers from the OneByNine company have proven this position by creating the most comfortable home in an unusually narrow area of 33 m2. The apartment in question was 2.75 meters wide and 12 meters long. The designers proved their skills by decorating the inconvenient area in such a way that guests, entering the doors for the first time, admired the beauty, and the owners felt as comfortable as possible in each of their rooms. This may sound unexpected, but in such an incrediblyIn this inconvenient apartment, the designers managed to organize not one, but two living rooms! The first one contains a dining room, a home theater, and a small bed hidden in a niche near the sofa. The exterior of the room is decorated in a modern style. A place with a huge window was allocated for the bedroom, even in projects with a standard layout this is rarely possible. Coming out of the first living room into the corridor, we first find ourselves in the hall, in which there is a deep and functional wardrobe with mirrors on the doors. Behind this charming piece of furniture is the aforementioned bedroom.Further down the corridor, after the hall, it beginspassage to the kitchen area. It is very narrow here, but since the owners of the apartment are constantly in the flow of city life, they simply do not have the opportunity to cook a full lunch or dinner. Usually, they are satisfied with only a light breakfast in their home, and therefore the small area of the kitchen suits them quite well. Following the kitchen, visitors are greeted by a second living room, designed for relaxation. It is decorated in Chinese style, using "maximum minimalism". At night, many plants located here are illuminated, turning the room into an ideal place for evening gatherings with friends.Below you can see the originallayout of the apartment and its reorganization. It is worth noting that in such a large city as Hong Kong, there is a lot of housing of a similar type. Such apartments are most often found in old budget high-rise buildings. Modern designers have shown how to profitably use such space.
