We would like to introduce you to the workSingapore studio KNO Associates. They were able to create on just 55 square meters. The successful lady, the owner of this one-room apartment located in the heart of the city, currently lives here with her mother. She was finally able to find time to renovate the apartment after many years. The designers were faced with the task of creating at the same time chic and at the same time maximum, which would reflect the personal style of this active woman. The architects redesigned the space and were even able to visually expand it with the help of mirrored walls that spread light even more throughout the apartment. For the same purpose, the kitchen color was chosen white; it is also very functional. Literally every corner is used here. An obscure recess in the far corner has been converted into a mini-warehouse, integrated with a storage cabinet, and masked using seamless technology. The blue accent of the walls gives the room a bright, colorful atmosphere. The long, roomy storage unit conceals cables and also acts as a light source. In the back of the kitchen there was a utility room, which was converted by the designers into an office for the hostess. The bench at the entrance also performs several functions, it is and at the same time creates another place for guests. The bedroom, which the owner shares with her mother, shares a wardrobe, creating a personal space for everyone. The living room, designed for watching TV programs, combined with the dining area, also allows you to make an extra bed, and a rack for storing books is also organized here. A large flat screen TV is reflected in a mirrored wall. Underneath is a roomy white chest of drawers with black drawer panels. Since the project uses a single, basically, color scheme, and built-in furniture in the same white color, funny details, some clever accessories were taken for decoration. Lighting, at first glance unassuming, but very well thought out, plays a certain role. The architects have created a very light, bright and inspiring space in which you can truly enjoy your vacation.
