Unique design of a fisherman's house In the formerfishing village in the Lofoten Islands in Norway, on the quay of the embankment, the architectural studio presented an unusual design of a fisherman's house. The structure consists of three parts: a fisherman's house, a small warehouse and a sauna. The project mainly used wood.An unusual structure on the pier The building was builtback in the 1990s, so it is considered historically important: it still represents how people lived in this area in the distant past. And in 2007, the pier and the wooden structure were listed as a cultural heritage site in Lofoten."Steps" on the stones All pieces of furniture andThe equipment is built into the walls that connect the parts of the structure. The northern part of the building is made up of several "bridges" located on the rocks and leading to the sauna and relaxation area. The sauna is on the sea side. All the doors and small windows of the building are made of glass, and they offer a beautiful view of the sea and the archipelago.
