The project was developed by Tengbom Architects and is being implemented with the assistance of Martinsons (production of wood products) and AF Bostäder (real estate). Accommodation is affordable, environmentally friendly, comfortable and utilitarian in design and choice of materials. In 2014, it is planned to build 22 units of this turnkey product.
