As a result, after a major renovation, the apartment turned into a three-room apartment, where each room is part of one space, but at the same time does not interfere with all members' privacy. The main difficulty faced by the designers and clients was the dim illumination. Only two small windows provide natural light to this room. One was allocated for the child's room, and the second for the living room. But the corner for the mother was separated from the main space using a partition with a sliding mechanism and glass inserts. The design and redevelopment were entrusted to the Inre-design company. Its main difference is that all the professionals working there strive to fulfill each order at a high level, and at the same time they carry out all work efficiently and only in accordance with the specified budget. A one-room apartment in a new building, with a total area of 47 square meters, increased by several more meters after a balcony was added to it.
Customers
was carried out for a family of three: a mother, her child and a grandmother who often stayed overnight. The latter - according to the technical project and the personal request of the client - had to be placed in the children's room.
Assigned tasks
Besides the fact that this project should work outbeautiful and multifunctional, the masters faced another important problem: to plan the territory in such a way that it would be comfortable for several residents of different age categories to live in it. To implement this task, it was decided to allocate the following areas: a living room and a kitchen, which were combined, a room for a child and a bedroom for a parent.
Remodeling
Significant changes have not bypassed anyonemillimeters of this apartment. Due to the fact that it was possible to add a balcony, it became a little bigger. In the place where there was a large room, two small ones were created - they served as bedrooms. A cozy living room was organized on the balcony, the kitchen remained in the same place, only it was slightly reduced. As a result, it was possible to place a cozy dressing room in the hallway.
Style

Furniture
Since the customer indicated that the guest would benot to live permanently, but "on short visits", then due to the small space they decided to use a bunk bed. In the mother's room, two walls near the bed were covered with leather panels of different shapes, with their help it was possible to create a sloppy geometry. But the bathroom was decorated with marble and MDF panels. The cabinets were planned from the same materials. Specially for this room, custom-made furniture was designed, its author was the studio that deals with the design.
Shades
As for the flowers, in this project the mastersopted for the options provided by the client. The owner studied the materials offered on the website and chose the ones she liked the most. It turned out that the customer and the representatives of Inre-design had the same tastes - they really love natural materials, especially wood. That is why the specialists suggested covering the walls, the door to the children's room and a separate part of the cabinets in the kitchen with barn board. It is intentionally aged and has an original texture, which was obtained by special cutting. Other kitchen cabinets and the living room were painted in one tone, so as not to divide the already small room into many colored zones.
Lighting
As we have already said, there is something in the apartmentonly two windows, which are not able to illuminate the entire space well enough. And the designers wanted all the rooms to have a lot of natural light, so they separated one room with a partition. They chose the mother's room, since the residents spend most of their time in the living room, and the child does homework and plays in the nursery, so he cannot do without light. The designers also used lighting fixtures from Tom Dixon.
Main techniques
Thanks to several original techniquesInre-design specialists managed to visually enlarge a small room and fill it with fresh air and natural light. The glass partition separating the sleeping area is made of transparent material and is equipped with curtains. If the screen is open, the curtains are also pulled apart, significantly increasing the dining area. And if you close it, you get an isolated private area. All the doors in the apartment are sliding, and one common stylish design helps to create a single puzzle.
Complex moments
The main drawback of this room is thatwe wanted to make it cozy and functional, there was a lack of natural light. After zoning was done, we decided to give the two existing windows to the children's room and the living room, since it is in these rooms that the whole family spends the maximum amount of time.
