Corner apartments in unusual houses of type 1–511 have both planning disadvantages (small footage of the kitchen with a bathroom and the inability to expand them), as well as obvious advantages: the presence of three window openings and internal walls. These structures have great potential for decorating the interior. Today we will tell you about 3 variations of redevelopment of a corner one-room apartment with footage of 31 sq. m. for different types of residents.   • A typical series of 5-storey buildings 1–511 exists in almost all districts of Moscow. The construction of these buildings was carried out in the 50-60s. of the last century.
