One of the little inexpensive wooden housesA little inexpensive wooden house for every family. Some things are expensive, but they can be approached together. So did four young couples. Friends bought a plot of land near the Llano River in Texas and were going to build a townhouse-style building - into 4 apartments. But in the end, they built 4 small houses, a common kitchen with a dining room and a guest house. Helped design housing local architect Matt Garcia. 
The facade of one of the small inexpensive woodenhouses The internal space of each house of 32.5 m2 is made in the style of the studio, it gives the impression of an open, airy and not without modern aesthetics. The main materials were steel panels made of plywood, sheet steel, metal pipes. Most of the decoration was left as it is without decor, because of this, the interior looks both rustic and modern at the same time.

At night, houses look like fireflies. One detail inthe room looks outside the box - a small kitchen with a refrigerator and a coffee maker is located on a single space with a toilet, without any partition - there is no privacy.

Insulation of foam walls. A patio is attached to each house, the roofs are designed to slope to collect rainwater, which is collected in metal containers. 
Reservoir backyard According to estimates, constructioneach house cost 40 thousand dollars. The front wall of the houses is completely transparent, so the exits of the buildings are directed to one side, it provides isolation and a single style at the same time.
