Its own history Situated near the old railwayroad that was once of great importance for all of California, this house can tell us its century-old story. Having decided to decorate the interior in a modern style, the designers decided to leave the exterior of the building almost unchanged.
Successful redevelopment Recently this buildingsuffered extensive and prolonged water damage and needed a complete overhaul. To bring the home back to life, the designers remodeled the upstairs to include two bedrooms and a loft.
Contemporary Home Exposed beams provide a classic, stylish look, while modern, bare bulbs remind us that the home has just been renovated.
Classic style Simple finishing materialsLight colors provide lightness and airiness to the design. Such interesting features as the rope decor on the railings make us smell the wood, even if we just look at the photo.
Wood and wood finishes Classic cabinetsand wooden furniture will always be relevant, especially for such a historic house. It would be unexpected to see high-tech or futurism inside, when on the outside this building looks the same as it did a hundred years ago. Would you like to have such a summer house?
