The upper guide is attached to the ceiling strictly parallel to the lower one. If one or two stationary partitions are installed, everything must be strictly marked, the guides will no longer go from wall to wall, but from partition to wall or to the second partition. To fasten them, you can use a frame system used for plasterboard. A profile is fixed to the floor, walls and ceiling, to which the partition is mounted using self-tapping screws and metal corners. All the necessary fittings, including handles, should be installed on the sashes, and then proceed to installing the doors on the guides. All this must be ordered or purchased in advance. First, the rollers are carefully inserted into the upper guide, then they are inserted into the lower guides. Another system can also be used, it is called single-rail. Rollers and guides are installed only for the upper part of the sash, they are absent at the bottom. In order not to damage the floor covering and make the doors move more smoothly, you can order a special soft material designed for furniture. These are strips with a felt side that are glued to the lower end parts of the doors. Then there will be no runners on the floor that can interfere with walking, and the sliding doors themselves will move easily and silently. This completes the installation of the structure.
