Julia Fowler from North Carolina simply converted the legendary 1984 Fleetwood Prowler camper into her new home. Julia and her friend bought the five-wheeler camper on the cheap, but it needed some serious repairs. They had to redo 80 percent of the exterior, as the camper had suffered severe water damage from the previous owners. This took about six months. They also did some cosmetic repairs.
