Design studio "Artbaza" invites everyone toa free master class dedicated to an important topic now: apartment renovation - both in a new building and in a secondary housing. The master class will be conducted by the architect of "Artbaza" Veronika Kovaleva. She will help to understand the administrative and practical issues that arise when buying a new living space. Where to get a BTI plan and how to correctly sign the act of acceptance of the apartment, where to start the renovation and what documents are needed for approval, as well as what to do with plumbing, walls and wiring - can they be touched or not. How to choose a construction company, how to conclude a contract with a team, what materials to buy. The differences will be considered when buying housing in a new building and in a used house and advice will be given on solving the problems that have arisen.
