In our country the mentality is such that ifIf you have money, you should definitely use IKEA products (even if it is located 500 kilometers away), buy golden toilets and build a cottage of at least three floors. But does this really contribute to happiness and well-being? Naturally, a generous soul needs a place to roam. But I am not a fan of such walks and decided to share my point of view regarding the number of square meters of living space. I am deeply convinced that a house or apartment should have such a quality as modesty. Here are some reasons to think so:
1. Modern household appliances quickly lose their relevance.
If you have 5 TVs, then in a year or two you will have to spend a lot of money to replace them all.
2. The need for cleaning has always been and it remains to this day
If you are closely involved in business or livein a big city like Moscow, there is usually no time for this. Of course, you can hire a housekeeper. However, for owners of palaces and castles, this will cost a pretty penny. It's up to you to decide: either you relax in your room, read your favorite book and chat with friends, or you clean up all your free evenings.
3. Any room sometimes needs repair
It’s one thing to replace 40 square meters of flooring.squares, and quite another - 750 and more. The list of arguments can be continued endlessly. But it is already clear that large dimensions require especially a lot of labor and money. Although if you have a magic wallet in which cash never runs out, then this is no longer a problem. Personally, I somehow like studios. For others, I advise using this formula: for one - 40 sq. m., for two - 60, and for three - 80. Note that wealthy people in Paris live exactly like this: And in New York too: In general, don't waste yourself on something that adds problems. Be happy with what you have, everything else is complexes!
