The Archstoyanie Festival will be held from July 22 to 24. Its main theme will be “shelter”, since this is the function that the area near a small village in the Kaluga Region performed just a quarter of a century ago. Back then, it was chosen by artists, and now masters and large architectural studios are flocking here to tell about beauty in an accessible language in the fresh air. Art objects and curious examples of landscape construction will be presented to guests, of whom there are more and more every year.
Among the most interesting objects onThis year, Archstoyanie presents: Buried Gelendvagen by Archpoint, 5.6-metre-high Pine Cone and habitable sculpture Head, in which several people can hide, as well as suspension bridges and psychological performances. The stated theme of shelter manifests itself in different ways, and each object has specific features that make it unique and, more importantly, relevant.
The event program will be diversified with musicscenario, according to which two venues will compete with each other for the status of the most popular.
