Interior of a studio apartment

The idea of the interior for small apartments from MAEMA Architects

1

Interior idea for small apartments and studios, implemented by MAEMA Architects in the design of a 50 m2 Parisian apartment, was the use of low corner partitions. They divided the open-plan space into a living room, dining area and kitchen. Thus, clearly marked sections appeared in this apartment, increasing the functionality of the interior by providing additional vertical surfaces. The first partition masks the working area of the kitchen, but does not completely isolate it from the rest of the space. The dining room is located between two kitchen andliving room. On the partitions denoting its boundaries, neat minimalist shelves are fixed. The floor, lined with bright tiles with geometric patterns, focuses on this part of the room. The patterned inset is located across the room, making it less elongated. In the living room, the partition forms a compact media zone with shelves and a built-in low cabinet. What do you think about the idea proposed by French designers?
