The head of the architectural studio IND Architectswill perform at the REX 2017 with a detailed story about the renovation of retail facilities and the practice of reconception. The director of the architectural studio IND Architects, architect Amir Idiatulin, will talk about the practice of reconceptualizing and renovating trade objects using the example of actual studio projects. The architect will share the experience of transforming the obsolete city market into a modern eco-market, together with the developer of this object - the group "Yumit". 
IND Architects succeeded into reformat the market that does not meet the requirements of the time into a modern “Ferma” market. The authors of the project envisaged not only a trade function at the renovated facility, but also returned the city market to its original role - a place of communication and socialization of residents. The architects created the conditions for the transformation of the abandoned building into a popular public space: the architects changed the exterior and internal organization of the market, and improved the adjacent territory. The performance will take place on April 26 at 15:00 at the conference "Novelties in the reconception and redevelopment of the shopping and entertainment center" at the REX 2017 exhibition at the Expocentre Fairgrounds (Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, 14, Pavilion 7, Hall No. 2).
