The 40 sq. m. apartment presented here is located on the site of a former manufactory. This is an area where industrial premises were once converted into housing for young people. The attic, although small in size, has everything you need for living: large windows, a fireplace in the living room, a modern bathroom and a comfortable bedroom. The design involves a combination of antiques and modern details. All this is quite harmoniously combined and creates a stylish, unique atmosphere. When the interior of this studio was designed, the designers did not want to use too obvious excesses, but it turned out to be a real loft. However, this did not deprive the space of practicality and coziness. The highlight of the design is the brick walls. They are organically complemented by antiques collected from shops all over Europe. All items are used with a special meaning, each has a specific place. Despite the large number of small details, the well-thought-out layout does not create a feeling of crampedness. To expand the area, a furniture set with the ability to transform was used. There is a system forstorage area that flows smoothly into the kitchen space. The cabinet fronts have a mirror surface, making the room seem even more spacious. When developing the project, we thought through the use of a variety of lighting, which fundamentally changes the perception of the entire interior. The central element of the apartment became hugewindows on the roof. They look straight into the sky. At night you can admire the stars, and during the day - the fancy clouds. Agree, many of you would not mind living in such a cozy attic.
