A wooden dream house with a terrace and a cool history

The architects treated the "old man" with respect and created a neat two-story extension on beams next to it with an exit to the terrace. As a result, you can get from the old house to the new one through the terrace, which enhances the feeling of unity with nature. And the second floor, which is reached by a spiral staircase, deserves special attention. Secondly, the kitchen was moved there from the old house, and a dining room and living room were organized there. In the place of the old kitchen, there was just enough space for a spacious bathroom. And most importantly, two of the four walls facing the ocean are completely glass, and the other two are solid. As a result, the whole family will be able to gather here in the evenings and admire the views, feeling complete freedom, but at the same time not feeling like they are in an aquarium. And only dolphins will be able to look in the windows. Every little thing here helps to createcomfortable environment for a large family with children. This includes well-thought-out lighting on the second floor, thanks to which the space will retain its intimacy, and a secluded terrace, protected from the wind and prying eyes, and even a swing that was attached to one of the beams.
