Any house in Europe located within the city limitsof a large city, tends to increase the value of living space. Therefore, when reconstructing old housing in Sweden, they use the features of architecture and large attic spaces to create new apartments. In the capital's Vasastan district, major repairs of old buildings with the redevelopment of premises are in full swing. New apartments with a modern level of comfort are being created: in free space in the basements, in attics. The interior of existing residential premises is being improved. The architecture of the historical part of Stockholm is beautiful and diverse. Look at the shape and size of the bay windows, the finishing of the walls with vertical siding for their better preservation, the bizarre shapes of the roofs with many transitions and windows, spacious attics that were previously used for storing things and cleaning chimneys. And now the attics are being converted into housing. A new apartment was created above this and put up for sale. Now the owner of the indoor ivy and knitted blanket has a neighbor from above. The apartment's hallway is separated by a painted nightstandretro style with surreal decor. White color in the interior serves as the basis for everything. It makes the room brighter, since there are few windows in the roof and they are very small.Next to the front door there is an intercom and wooden mugs instead of coat hooks. On the side is a textured wall, whitewashed with a rough finish, imitating hand plastering.Stacks of books simply stand on the floor, next to a carved wooden stool with inlay. At the top of this composition is a candle in a bronze candlestick. The closet is replaced by a niche in the wall with a crossbar for hangers and a shelf for hats, on which boxes and boots are located. The doors are replaced by a white curtain. The sofa is placed in a trapezoidal bay window.Various decorative pillows are casually scattered on it. The wide windowsill is used as a shelf for decorative elements. Flower decoration is everywhere: two pots with plants behind the back of the sofa, something prickly in the wall niche, and there are also indoor plants on the coffee table and bar counter. A basket for needlework with incredibly thick wooden knitting needles and a ball of braid instead of regular yarn is also used as a decor. All this is laid out on a black and white rug in front of the sofa.To the right of the seating area is a large letter A with light bulbs inserted into it for a light show. Also striking is a ceramic pot with a succulent on a rough three-legged wooden stool. In the very corner are the pillows lying on the bed.The kitchen is decorated with a photograph of the owner with the inscriptiona memory of a significant event. All the equipment is lined up under a wooden tabletop, and a small dining table stands right under a painting on the wall. In front of it is a black chair. Designer furniture creates a special atmosphere in the interior of the apartment. The recess of the arched, slanted window houses a houseplant and a receiver. The central heating radiator is angled against the wall. The description of the apartment says that its area is 334square meters. Considering that if you trip over the threshold, you risk falling onto the bed in the bedroom, and you can get apples from the bar counter without getting out of bed, the realtors clearly missed a comma, or the footage here is indicated in cubic terms, taking into account the height of the missing ceiling. The hallway nightstand also serves as a partition to the bedroom. That's why they share a common decor of plaster figurines and a photo of a bicycle on the wall.On the bed there are pillows in different pillowcases and a gray bedspread made of fabric that resembles unbleached canvas. The interior design is basically made up of stylish modern furniture and artificially aged items.Above the sink is a flat wall cabinet with a mirrored door that reflects the entire small space.Between the font and the washbasin there is a toilet, on the lid of which things are placed while taking a shower.
