At the next presentation of the Open Village projectThe existing achievements were shown and the nearest plans were outlined. By July 2017 everything will be ready for the exhibition! In the middle of autumn the next presentation of the Open Village project took place - an exhibition of modern houses built exclusively using innovative technologies. At the event the organizers highlighted the interim results of the construction and shared plans for the future. You can read about how the summer meeting went at this link - .More than a hundred people - architects, designers,Project partners and journalists — despite the cold weather, they went to the Chekhov district to see with their own eyes how a real settlement is growing on an empty field, where real families will live in just six months. They buy these new and fully finished houses much cheaper than the market price, with only one condition — to keep the doors open for one summer month and let in visitors to the fair.Things have changed since our last visit.really a lot. The project has secured the support of the Ministry of Construction and attracted new partners. Houses have already been fully built on seven sites, construction is in full swing on four more territories, and preparatory work is underway on the rest. By January, according to the announced plan, 15 houses and a permanent swimming pool will be built. By the end of spring, the finishing will be completed, and in June, landscape designers will radically transform the entire territory of the village. Six more modular houses will appear at the entrance, as well as a tent, shopping arcades and a restaurant. This is what the Open Village area looks like2017 now, when the snow has covered all the free space with a thick shroud, but could not prevent active construction. The comfortable living fair will take place on the dates that were announced initially: from July 15 to August 15 of next year. The Roomble portal is an information partner of the exhibition and actively monitors every stage of the formation and development of this new, but very promising project. By the way, our editorial staff was unexpectedly awarded a valuable prize for the best publication about Open Village.
