Before the start of the 5th Moscow Biennale of Architectureless than two weeks remain. This year, the 21st exhibition of architecture and design "ARCH Moscow" will be held in parallel with it. For 20 years now, this exhibition has been gathering industry professionals who discuss the prospects for the development of domestic architecture with the obligatory demonstration of the best examples of it. The latest trends and tendencies, innovations and experiments, styles and ideas, as well as the transfer of experience and the establishment of partnerships - all this is "ARCH Moscow" and the biennale. The main theme of this year was "Architecture and Life".
For a modern person, the living environmentwhich is the city, it is architecture that determines the lifestyle and sets the right rhythm and pace. The construction of beautiful and attractive objects leads to the emergence of new ideas and the development of creative thinking, which, in turn, stimulate progress. And therefore, in the context of improving living conditions, the issue of architectural design is on par with other vital issues.
International and Russian architectural bureausand design workshops will present their projects, the discussion area will host master classes and consultations with leading experts such as Sergey Tchoban, Philipp Meuser, Barbara Lehmann, Jean-Louis Deniot, Mariano Cavaleri and many others, and the thematic sections of the exhibition will offer a wealth of interesting things. Manufacturers of finishing and building materials, lighting, interior elements and accessories will show their new products, and developers of software for architects, designers and decorators will teach how to understand the intricacies of working on a computer. The Design School "Details" will present its own exposition with the help of original objects and diploma theses, designed to prove that any project can convey the inner state of a person's soul and the atmosphere in which he lives and works.
Among the special projects, the following stand out:next. The Hotel House Home project is aimed at discussing aspects of the construction of hotels, hostels, as well as social real estate and specialized housing. The round table will bring together representatives of international hotel chains, foreign designers and even guests from Cambridge University. In addition, there will be an exhibition dedicated to the architect Mario Bellini; an exhibition of the finalists of the International Competition of Architectural Drawing; several projects from the specialized magazine speech, as well as an exhibition of Swiss villages, Yerevan urban development and a presentation of the conceptual project "Ecohouse".
Park "Krasnaya Presnya" PurposeThe biennale is to show that architecture can improve people's lives. To this end, Moskomarkhitektura decided to present the exhibition "Form of Creativity", in which four city blocks will be hidden behind a unique sculpture - housing construction, transport and engineering infrastructure facilities, and competitions for museum and cultural building projects. The stand was developed by Mikhail Beilin and Daniil Nikishin (Citizenstudio). Other projects are also aimed at demonstrating that architecture is an important part of life. It forms an image and helps in solving social problems. These are the topics that the stands are dedicated to.
