Steep architecture and comfort: a house of 50 meters

Quite often we find so unique andinteresting buildings that we cannot pass them by without sharing our impressions with you. This house in Serbia is non-standard, asymmetrical, but very beautiful and cute The Exe Architectural Studio, located in Belgrade, was founded only 7 years ago, but thanks to a modern approach to the design and use of CAD technologies, it takes on truly individual and curious projects. Such an asymmetrical house in the west of Serbia was built quite recently. It is located on the hillside of the Malen mountain range. There is plenty of fresh air here, and nearby ski slopes and forest trails allow the owners to actively play sports and lead a healthy lifestyle. In addition, the popular Divchibare ski resort is located here. One half of the house is made of wood and darktiles, paying tribute to the traditions of the past. The structure is so well inscribed in the elevation difference, which really looks like an old hut. If not for one detail - the other half. It is executed in a modern style, using white ceramic tiles. The duality of creation is so harmonious between its parts and the environment that the house becomes simply ideal in such landscape conditions. With a small size of the building it seems especiallyit's incredible that two owners can live comfortably in the house, and the number of guests can reach seven people. Two floors of the building include all standard rooms: kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and bedroom with a fantastic view from the window.
