Villa in Crimea
For us, every project is different and special.The villa in Crimea is fantastically located, with a view of the sea, and we tried to make the interior in harmony with the surroundings. In the center of the courtyard there is a century-old oak tree, which we preserved.
Apartment on Novy Arbat
It was a pleasure to work here. Our tastes and the tastes of the clients coincided completely. We understood each other perfectly. That is probably why we managed to organize such an interesting space.

This object is of a completely different scale. A huge complex on the seashore. The shape of the building repeats the plasticity of the surrounding mountains and sea waves.
Villa in Pestovo
The clients wanted to have a weekend home onthe shore of the reservoir. The style of the village's architecture was Italian-Californian. We also set it when we were designing the village earlier. The result was a modern Italian villa. With street galleries, a two-tone living room and pitched wooden ceilings. Soon after the project was completed, the customers moved into this house for permanent residence.

I am constantly looking for inspiration.Without him it’s like without air. I try to supervise all the workshop’s projects myself. We have a huge experience — we designed villages and houses; made interiors of apartments, houses, restaurants and banks; worked on master plans for hundreds of hectares near Moscow, creating a general project for the development of the territory along the Moscow River for VTB. Our team consists of architects. All graduated from MArchI.

We have worked in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Kyiv, Crimea, Montenegro, Monaco… — — Do you have a favorite space in your apartment? — — A windowsill with a panoramic view of all of Moscow. — — Please recall an unusual case from your practice. — — A plot of land for the construction of a villa village in Crimea turned out to be an old park with centuries-old pines and cypresses. All 22 buildings had to be designed individually. In the end, not a single tree was damaged. — — Alexey, what was the most difficult task you have ever faced? — — The difficult task is the deadlines. Often clients are in a hurry, and the deadlines depend on many factors.
