Anyone who is lucky enough to cross the threshold of this unusual home will be captivated by the dizzying aroma of herbs, which can be felt even at the front door. This wonderful smell only precedes the huge impression that the interior itself inevitably makes, and first of all the open space that unites the entrance area, living room and kitchen, separated from the living area by sliding doors made of frosted glass with lighting.
In the living room, the gaze involuntarily lingers onchrome niches that act as open shelves. In the center of the room there is a rectangular column, the base of which is a flowerpot with plants planted around the perimeter. And its upper part, turning into a ceiling ledge, is equipped with lighting. It, along with the brown cladding of the middle part, creates the illusion that in front of us is a tree warmed by the rays of the sun.
To emphasize the minimalist character of the interior, the designers designed built-in shelving and installed it flush with the wall.
The kitchen in this apartment is a place that is boldcan be called a source of pleasure: the olfactory receptors are caressed by the aroma of herbs growing in the built-in flowerpot under the window, and the matte surface of the cabinets is incredibly pleasant to the touch. At the same time, the delightful combination of heterogeneous textures and the alternation of straight and rounded outlines can please the eye of even the most demanding aesthete.
The key design element is the spice potplants — quite practical. Basil, chili peppers and other aromatic herbs used in cooking feel great in the space of a city apartment. The walls are decorated with vinyl images of birds, and the ceiling beams, covered with translucent white paint, are equipped with delicate LED lighting. The combination of all these details provokes the feeling of being in a winter garden.
