This year, the Urban Awards will be held for the 8th time. The award will be presented to the best residential complexes in Russia. The award ceremony will be held in November, but from June, the award committee will accept applications for participation in the competition. In total, there will be 28 awards for such nominations as: premium-class residential complex of the year, best elite apartment complex, best business-class apartment complex, best comfort-class apartment complex and many others. Before receiving the awards, the participants will have to go through a multi-level selection. The committee will evaluate not only the presentation of the participants, but also the residential complexes themselves. The culmination of the award will be the award ceremony, where leading developers and architects of Russia will gather. The new symbol of the Urban Awards is an inverted '8', as this is the number of years the awards are celebrating in 2016.
