Ideas for small interiors

Vertical zoning of a small apartment

How to Create Comfort in Tiny Square Spacesmeters? It's very simple - make it vertical and arrange things so that they don't lie around on the floor, but are compactly folded. This way, you can fit a lot of things in a small area. Meet the 28 square meter apartment. It is located in the historical center of Madrid, Duque de Alba. The design was undertaken by the Beriot, Bernardini Arquitectos studio, which set itself the task of making everything here comfortable and as rational as possible. High ceilings helped the architectsto construct such a multi-level system in a small area. In one room there is a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. A comfortable bed is located on the second floor, and downstairs is the kitchen. The husband's wardrobe is upstairs, the wife's things fit in a pull-out closet in the stairs. Kitchen under the bed: an unusual solution It is securely hidden behind a sliding door and can be easily used if necessary. The second floor added another 8.5 sq.m. to the area. The furniture seems to be made from one large slab and brought to perfection by the hands of a skilled craftsman. There is enough space for things, and a young family can settle down here as comfortably as possible.
