Bright living room Remember the wonderful charity shelter for mothers and babies "Mamin Domik"? Famous Russian designers have come here again to create coziness for young mothers and their children and bring a spring mood to the interior of the shelter's living room. The result is impressive! The renovated space boasts a well-organized space, thanks to which the living room now has a dining area and a recreation area. The bright, rich colors and delicate .Interesting detail:Above the table are three bright lamps with knitted lampshades (by the way, a new product in the IKEA range). And around the table are chairs from different sets, but in the same color. Artist and designer Inga Azhgirey created several drawings with her own hands to decorate this bright living room, and young artist Masha Kononova presented her painting "Scarlet Sails".Vitaly Zhuykov, founder of the August design studio, created a custom chair especially for the founder of the “Mamin Domik” charity shelter, Arina Seravkina. Most of the decor items were purchased at IKEA, some were created by designers specifically for the project. And fresh flowers added an extra spring charm to the decor. Before and After This is what this living room looked like before a team of designers and decorators worked on it…And here are the designers and decorators, the foundershelter Arina Seravkina and director Alla Semenova, young mothers and their wonderful babies in the renovated interior of the living room. Agree, a wonderful spring transformation! How to Create a Spring Mood in Your Living RoomHas this bright and cheerful living room inspired you to transform your own interior? Here are some interesting tricks that you can safely borrow from this project:

  • A combination of inexpensive interior items from IKEA with furniture and handmade decor. As a result, with minimal costs, you can get an original interior with a "twist".
  • Bright saturated color of the walls in combination with light furniture and contrasting bright accessories. Notice how the white chairs and table counterbalance the active shade of the paint on the walls.
  • Less furniture, more functionality! In the living room before the alteration, there were several small sofas and tables. Replacing them with one large sofa and one large table, we managed to gain extra space and clearly zoned the room.
  • Such details as different chairs in the dining area allow you to make "hooligan" notes in the interior, make it more lively and interesting.
  • Live flowers and bright colors are two prerequisites for creating a spring interior.
  • Thanks to the designers! The funds for the wonderful transformation of the living room in the "Mamin Domik" shelter were collected for designers and decorators Zhenya Zhdanova and Asya Bondareva. In a wonderful, kind and heartfelt actionThe following took part in the transformation of the living room of the "Mamin Domik" shelter: Zhenya Zhdanova, decorator and founder of the interior boutique Divadecor; Asya Bondareva, designer and decorator; Inga Azhgirey, artist and interior designer; Inna Raskina, interior designer; Maria Kononova, artist; Vitaly Zhuykov, founder of the Made in August workshop; Anna Gutman, photographer; Stas Martynov, photographer; Svetlana Vinnitskaya and beauty specialists from "Image Workshop"; Valeria Sudoplatova, co-founder of the foreign language boutique Lingvo di Virino; Alexander Bondarev and Dmitry Bubonets from the interactive company Agima.
