Best Offices of 2015

The Best Office Awards were presented back in the spring, andwe just can't calm down. We present to you the five most-most projects that have won our hearts and minds this year. A month has passed since the Best Office Awards 2015, where the portal roomble.com acted as an information partner, and we still can't stop thinking about it. We were very impressed by the presented projects and finally instilled in our starving souls hope for the future of domestic office design. We have chosen five of the most original, bright and unusual office spaces, in our opinion, so that you too can see that our country is full of talent, and thanks to them, going to work is becoming easier and more pleasant. At least for some of us.

Yandex on Leo Tolstoy, 2nd stage

The authors of the project are the Artrium workshop, so thatto work for Yandex, took part in a closed competition. Apparently, not in vain. 12,000 sq. m in a business center, where the most famous IT specialists in Russia already occupy 16,000 sq. m, the architects decided to design in the recognizable style of the previously erected buildings, adding a relaxed home atmosphere and an economical theme to innovative materials and modern forms. The result, in our opinion, is worthy of all kinds of admiration and heartfelt gratitude from Yandex employees. The award for space organization from Best Office Awards 2015 is already here.

Publicis Group

A French company with a wide range ofactivities and a considerable team of representative offices decided to unite all departments, agencies and media groups into one space with a common recognizable identity. The task that is worth a thousand words was solved in the technical specifications by the VOX Architects team. And, it must be said, they solved it brilliantly. The space turned out to be interactive and transformable. Depending on the needs, employees can make the environment change beyond recognition with light manipulative actions. But the jury of the Best Office Awards 2015 was most impressed by the lighting design. They received an award for it.

Microsoft Technology Center

Architectural bureau UNK project three years agohas already designed office spaces for the Russian branch of the largest transnational company. And since the cooperation turned out to be fruitful and mutually beneficial, after another expansion, Microsoft management called on old acquaintances to work and demanded that they implement a concept that had long been familiar to everyone and had proven itself many times. The space of the new office is primarily focused on the presentation of new technologies and their promotion not only to the statistical masses of the outside world, but also among the company's own employees. The Best Office Awards 2015, however, noted another important detail of the project - "Brand and Image".

Pernod Ricard Rouss

The design of this space alsowas done by UNK Project, and although the budget was limited and the functionality was simple and straightforward, from our point of view, it was this office that deserved the longest standing ovation and high-flown compliments. It is beautiful - bright, diverse and eclectic. The interior resembles a French apartment with a deep nod to the currently fashionable loft spaces. We were not surprised for a second when this project won the Grand Prix at the Best Office Awards 2015. Bravo!

MFC Savelovsky City, lobbies

Like any person who is passionate about his work, weWe love to understand the psychological subtleties of space organization, construction technologies and the level of environmental friendliness of finishing materials, but in our work there are also projects that are hard to take your eyes off simply because they demonstrate the most unexpected ideas of their creators. The lobby of the Savelovsky City multifunctional complex is just such a project. The architectural bureau T+T Architects approached the task of designing the lobby of a business center, through which hundreds of people pass every day, from a completely unexpected side. The space, which is most often called upon to direct the flow of people towards the elevators, in this project appeals to the sense of beauty. From now on, it is absolutely impossible to walk through the lobby without raising your head. Going to work, a meeting or a business breakfast with a gloomy face and a cold mind will not work either. This project did not win an award, but it has forever sunk into our hearts.
