House t_9
This house is built and made in such a way thatto fit into the landscape of the Moscow region forest as much as possible. The dark, almost black color of the facade and terraces make it almost invisible, and the panoramic glazing allows you to easily admire nature. Sergey Nasedkin from the architectural company ARCH.625 focused on the style of the 30-40s of the last century when designing. The layout is linear, all the furniture is assembled on site, from plywood panels impregnated with matte varnish of a light pink shade, contrasting with the dark glass of the partitions. By the way, not only the furniture is made of plywood, but also the floor, ceiling, walls and even the facade!
House in Kubinka
Author, architect Tatyana Beloborodko, designed the house in such a way as to fully preserve the trees on the site, but compensate for their shadow. The windows of the facade and open spaces are arranged taking into account the movement of the sun, the surrounding nature can be observed even from the bathroom, and the roof is green. The most environmentally friendly materials were selected - wood, brick, porcelain stoneware, paper wallpaper. The walls in the interior are left mostly without finishing. Wooden beams and joists of the floors are left open, which gives the interior structural clarity and simplicity.
Country house in Khimki
Architect Denis Taran designed the building in such a way thatto minimize excess material, which reduced time and money costs. It is very comfortable to live here in any weather - the ceiling made of unpainted larch provides humidity control, heat from the wood stove accumulates in the heat accumulator, the lighting in the house can be controlled from the remote control, and even the mirror in the bathroom is heated and does not fog up.
Ark House
Architects Vladimir Yuzbashev, EkaterinaYuzbasheva and Natalia Brailovskaya from the architectural bureau "Arkhproekt-3" are tired of old Soviet dachas and new Russian castles around. Their "Ark" is a rethinking of modern architecture. The design of the house is laconic, calm and close to Scandinavian, the layout is spacious and simple. Closed living rooms pass into the living room with panoramic windows and an open terrace - the house opens up to the sun.
Scandinavia-130
The simple rectangular shape of the house allowseasy to fit into any area, designed by Roman Leonidov - the Newood company - so as to separate utility and living spaces on opposite sides. Made from a frame filled with glued beams, in a style typical of northern countries, it looks compact and self-sufficient. Inside, as well as outside, the main emphasis is on natural , complemented by neutral-colored textiles and graphic details made of black metal.
House "Uspensky forest"
Architectural studio of Totan Kuzembaevis known for its originality and individual approach to projects. In the Uspensky Les house, Totan Kuzembaev, Alexander Perventsev and Kristina Razumova connected two blocks — residential and utility — on two floors with a structure reminiscent of unfolding wings. The main material is glued timber, with piles at the base of the house. The terrace overlooks the forest, and the garden path is made in the form of a stylized spiral.
Sun Trap House
Nikolay Belousov and Nikolay Solovyov fromThe architectural studio of N. V. Belousov took into account the personality of the customer of the object - a smart and sophisticated person - and his wish to "catch the sun" when designing. The "trap" in the middle of 20 acres of forest in the Moscow region turned out to be large-scale and elegant. Soft light fills the house, and trees in the south and west of the site protect from excessive sun. The unusual design of the metal fireplace and the floating, weightless staircase to the second floor attract attention in the interior.
Antonhouse
Architectural and industrial projectArchpole laboratory was conceived and built according to the laws of organics and industrial aesthetics - its heart is the broiler, and its spine is an unusual concrete staircase. Narrow windows on the road side hide the owners from prying eyes, and continuous glazing on the site side lets in maximum light. The bath and sinks in the house are made of concrete, and the faucets and the parapet of the stairs are made of water pipes. Our opinion:— We like the brutal and original interior ideas — for example, the wardrobe and closet fronts made of steel chains — and the feeling of simultaneous security and freedom that the house design evokes.
House in Kratovo
— 150 square meters — private house in a coniferousThe forest is built from glued laminated timber. Architects Evgeny Ass, Grigor Aikazyan, Anastasia Koneva from the design bureau "Arkhitektory Ass" have extensive experience in large-scale projects, such as the Muzeon Park and the Nizhny Novgorod Arsenal, but are rightly confident that in private homes every millimeter of space matters. The first thing that attracts attention is the open verandas on the first and second floors and the open staircase, around which the interior is compositionally built. Our opinion:— Open terraces resemble a sunlit greenhouse. The joints of the outer walls are made using the dovetail technology (also called a “clean corner”), this is a very reliable type of connection that reduces the possibility of unnecessary cracks. A very interesting and pleasing to the eye project. archiwood.ru, magazindomov.ru, nemihail.livejournal.com,asse.ru
