To appreciate the spirit of the Mediterranean Sea andto feel the atmosphere of comfort and coziness, it is not necessary to go far. With the help of well-chosen interior items, you can create the perfect relaxation area right in New Moscow. Don't believe me? See for yourself! Everyone wants to feel like they are in a villa on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. But how can you breathe a little life and romance into an absolutely flat interior? Only with decor and minor changes. Designer Ksenia Bobrikova agreed to participate in the creation of this interior, full of softness and freshness. Ksenia Bobrikova Designs and builds private houses, as well as plot planning and garden architecture. She runs the design bureau Xenia design studio, which successfully implements projects not only for individual premises, but also for public ones. Ksenia has several nominations for prestigious international awards Interia awards and ADD awards. The house that the customers bought is located incottage village near Troitsk. It attracted with its appearance and convenient layout, but completely oppressed with boring interiors. The designer's task was to breathe life into it without radical alterations, to create a comfortable space for more than one generation of the family. Ksenia Bobrikova, designer I have worked with this couple before, so I know their tastes. They simply gave me the keys and after a few months were amazed at the design of their home. By the way, this was my first experience of decorating without preliminary construction work. Before renovationBefore renovationBefore renovationBefore the renovation Initially, it was the fireplace that wasthe central element of the first floor, the place where the eye of any guest entering the room immediately fell. The staircase hall adjoined it (and still adjoins it) as well as the living room, dining room and kitchen. They formed a single space, which is visually zoned by the fireplace. Now these functions have been enticed by the bright Klaussner sofa in the center, which has become an accent of the interior. Wallpaper with imitation wood from Cole & Son added extra weight to the appearance of the room. The clients wanted more classics, although the houseleaned more towards a laconic style. As a result, an interior with a touch of country was created, so the brick cladding elements and German laminate were left untouched. The textiles were purchased at the very beginning in the interior salon "Belan", and the cornice was almost immediately covered with a straight lambrequin-bando made of thick fabric. The budget went to furniture, since there were no significantno alterations were required. Therefore, decorative and interior items became the main expense item. Neutral shades were ready to minimize a large amount of light. The designer selected textiles for each room individually, and many elements, such as the kitchen facade, were made to order. The apron is finished with Biselado ceramic tiles. The door portals were replaced and added to themoverlays and new handles, which turned minimalism into hedonism with a noble touch. Ksenia Bobrikova, designer Doors, for some reason, impressed the owners the most, although we only took standard models and decorated them with new fittings and trims. From the main hall you can exit into the winter garden.Work was done on the door, threshold and tiles, new plants were purchased and the furniture from the Swedish manufacturer KWA was replaced. The heated floor will allow you to stay in this room even in winter. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, twobathrooms and a large dressing room. There was only one alteration - the parents' room on the lower floor became larger due to the addition of the hall. The furniture for the bedrooms was selected at the domestic factory Valentina. The renovation lasted only 4 months, but after itThe house was unrecognizable – it had been so transformed visually. The complete renovation did not require major repairs, but thanks to the competent work of the designer, the premises acquired a special color, aesthetics and lightness, felt not so much physically as morally.Photo: Zinon Razutdinov.
