Remodeling an uncomfortable and dark attic is a challengedifficult, but doable. Today we will see how you can transform the space and create a cozy living room with the help of design techniques. The heroes of the program had not used the attic for 20 years, which seemed cramped and uncomfortable to them, so they turned to the TV show "Fazenda" for help, and what came of it - read below.A talented person draws inspiration fromeverything, so it is not surprising that the project designer Alena Timofeeva found an idea for the attic interior while looking at a Sphynx cat. The cat is the favorite pet of the program's heroes, and he was left to look after the renovation in the absence of the owners. The proud cat inspired Alena to create a sophisticated interior, and the mischievous character of the animal is reflected in the bright color accents that are harmoniously located in the room. The designer decided to organize it in the atticliving room, so I placed a large and very comfortable sofa in it. The sofa's configuration will allow a large company to sit, and additional pillows will add comfort. Light poufs, whose upholstery repeats the material of the sofa, not only go well with each other, but also provide the opportunity to organize additional seats for guests, who can be seated around the coffee table.Coffee table with glass top andwooden legs has an ergonomic shape due to the absence of corners and fits well into the interior. At such a table, which will “make friends” with a sofa and poufs, it will be comfortable to play board games. The Sphynx cat can be imagined in anyinterior, but the designer decided to go back to the roots and added African motifs to the room - after all, it is known that the birthplace of sphinxes is North Africa.African motifs of the interior are traced in the use of wood and hidden contour lighting, which creates the image of the scorching sun of the savannah.Bright and saturated colors are combinedin the right way and support the stylistic solution. Orange, straw, terracotta - these are the shades that are associated with Africa, but in addition to the right colors, the designer also uses textures, for example, wood in the wall decoration and flowerpots made of broken bricks resemble African buildings. The solution seems especially interestinguse cork flooring and an accent wall, as cork floors are warm and comfortable to walk on. Cork is a universal covering, and it can be attached to both walls and ceilings. You can come to Corkstyle with your own design, and they will apply it to the covering, which you can use both for rooms and for wet areas - for example, make cork floors and walls in the bathroom. Cork is not afraid of moisture, so it is acceptable to use it in wet areas. For the floors and accent wall, the designer developed a design that was applied to the cork. This technique allowed to fill the interior with individuality and emphasized the texture.
