Today we will tell you about the kitchen of the future -Invisible Kitchen, which is managed remotely and is prepared by the German brand Miele prepared a lot of surprises that awaited the residents and guests of Milan in the period from 12 to 17 April. At this time in the Italian city there was a lot of events, from Design Week to the Eurocucina exhibition, held within the framework of Salone del Mobile - the world famous furniture salon. And if previously announced by the company hoods, ovens and dishwashers were expected, then the event called Invisible Kitchen ("Invisible Kitchen") intrigued literally everyone. About this installation spoke in the news, and posters calling to go to via Tortona hung almost at every stop. But first things first. In its more than a century of history, the company has grown into a huge corporation with several factories and offices in more than 40 countries. And now Miele can offer customers a wide choice of built-in kitchen appliances and all kinds of appliances that work with water. The motto "everything else is just a compromise" fits the brand all 100 percent, embodying a truly German quality. At the exhibition the company presented newdishwashers G 6000 Ecoflex, which are able to hold a cycle in just 58 minutes. They attract and a new design, and the compact arrangement of internal sections will allow them to accommodate in them on three tiers more dishes. Design models of refrigerators were presented, including for wine, ovens with a completely glass surface, including the largest oven, modern corner hoods and steamers, some of which will reach Russia in November. The devices without handles of the Artline series and cooking surfaces were also demonstrated, where pancakes and various delicacies were prepared for the guests of the stand. The whole culinary show unfolded in the kitchen, equipped exclusively with appliances from Miele. All these novelties are just small steps on the way to a really terrific idea of ​​the company. The concept of the kitchen of tomorrow. In the Tortona Zone - the area where thethe vast majority of designer showrooms and salons - there was a show, also prepared by the company Miele, which seemed to take the audience to the future. In the room there was an installation in the form of a ring with a diameter of 8 meters, in the center of which there was a place for several sofas. The walls are transparent, and inside them, illuminated by dynamically plying LEDs, shelves with dishes and food, grouped in strict order, were formed. This whole structure weighed several tons. Guests guessed what it would be for the show. Will the shelves begin to move, or will some action start in the center of the room? Or the installation is the show itself? After the welcoming speech of Miele's managing director for marketing Axel Kniel, the company's management offered the audience to turn their eyes to the top. "Invisible cuisine" was on the top tier, where the attention of the audience was immediately attracted by the chef with a charming assistant. They began the process of cooking, using the helpvirtual assistant. On the transparent panel, the culinary specialists selected a dish from the menu, and the program immediately highlighted directly on the countertop of the area, where the required ingredients had to be folded. Waiting until they were placed in strictly delineated zones, the program immediately displayed next to them their weight. And further there was a stage-by-stage process of cooking, and cooks moved around the circle so that each viewer could see the action. It turned out a full dinner of three dishes, each of which in between the acts treated guests. The concept assumes a futuristic approach tocooking. Managed over the Internet, with the ability to prepare a wide variety of dishes. The assistant is called to give advice and, if necessary, follows each stage. A fully interactive kitchen can inspire masterpieces and experiments, putting human needs at the forefront. The computer, knowing the number of products in the refrigerator, will say if something is over, or offer hundreds of other recipes. On the touch panel is possible and frying, and cooking, and eating. And the built-in music and lighting control will set the mood. Installing Invisible Kitchen in a few daysvisited more than 23 000 people, and the response received in social networks and media space, was extremely high. So, for example, the page event in Facebook scored more than a million visitors. The technology was thought through by the research team and was designed in the Miele design center. As the creators say, something out of the demonstrated can quite reach the market in the next two or three years.
