Who said that a sofa has to be a fold-out one?And what does it have to look like a sofa, and not like a tomato or, say, pasta?! Designers Francesco Barbie and Guido Bottazzo have released a collection of upholstered furniture under the symbolic and very pleasant for the Italian ear name Pasta. The collection includes the Spagetti chandelier, the Rigatoni sofa and the Tortellino chairs.
It's hard to believe, but as a materialfor such appetizing furniture, the designers used recycled materials. "But what is pasta without tomatoes?" you ask. "Pasta without tomatoes is not pasta!" answered Francesco Barbie and Guido Bottazzo, adding poufs in the shape of tomatoes to the collection. By the way, all the items are comfortable to use and very convenient.
