From one end the building looks quite simple - there are only two small windows. On the other side there is continuous glazing - the entire wall.
Functionally, the house is divided into two floors -The first level contains a kitchen, living room and bedroom, while the second level contains another bedroom and an office. Thanks to the huge windows, the problem of lighting public areas during the day is completely solved.
The floors on the first level are made of polished concrete, a trendy technique these days, while the floors on the second level are covered with wooden boards.
The decoration and interior are, as you can see, minimalist,budget and quite realistic for our open spaces. Let's take at least a plywood kitchen. In a city apartment, such an option is unlikely to be appropriate, but for a summer house - just the thing. In this kitchen, despite its modest size, there is everything you need, including an oven and a dishwasher. There is also a dining table with several chairs. The owners are probably used to watching TV during dinner, we do not see another explanation for the presence of a TV here - there is no sofa.
The study on the second level is also entirelymade of plywood. Of course, it is best to order such furniture directly from a carpentry workshop or a small furniture manufacturer - this will help not only to comply with all dimensions, but also significantly save time and money.
